Photographed above is a Parthenaise heifer calf sired by Gene Ireland bull ‘ZYH’ Alamira Harry (bred by Liam Fitzgerald, Mallow, Co.Cork) that was recently born in the herd of Niall O’Donnell, Ballinlyna Lower, Kilmallock, Co.Limerick.
Also born in the same herd is the following ‘AYH’ calf sucking a ‘Bolide’ cow. ‘AYH’ was bred by Laurie Harney, Ardrahan, Co.Galway.
