Pictured above is a heifer calf sired by the Limousin Gene Ireland Bull ‘OHT’ (Roundhill Hunter) that was born this Spring in the herd of William McNea, Gortfahy, Newport, Co.Mayo. Her Charolais dam is sired by ‘VGO’ and is out of a ‘PAM’ cow.
Pat Flynn, Kilworth, Co. Cork has now reached €239 on our ‘Top 200 Herds on EBI’ listing and remains on top of the list. Kieran Hearne, Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Waterford has jumped to second position with an EBI of €228 while Martin Kinane remains at number 3 on the list (more…)
